This new design expresses Telegram's
potential to cover the "globe" (the
Earth in blue), with the ability to store data in the "cloud".
This gray shade makes it adaptable in any mode to attract users' attention.

it's doable. Except that this design no longer expresses my creativity; the elements that I mentioned at the beginning.
But still, if Telegram wants it the way you tell me, I am ready to make corrections.

The design is interesting, but the rules are that your icon must represent the official telegram logo.

Since I am using a translator, I may not have understood this sentence correctly:
“Each of your app icons must be based on the core form of the Telegram”.
And by following the link that accompanies the sentence, and the evolution of the Logo; I understood that Telegram wants to give a new style to its Logo. So it’s not a question of copying and pasting the original Logo but of innovating it. So I tried my luck while respecting the original form.

the idea is interesting... if you would have follow the core logo form..your output would haven been much more appealing for sure ;)..try next time!
