It's because you're dragging down at ScrollView - drag perfectly horizontal, everything will be nice. With this feature you can scroll down from any point (not just from spaces between charts)

Is this an issue? It should be so - on designs 6 time points, so your chart should also contain 6 points after scroll. What is the question?

No, you're still scrolling down (take a look at code of ScrollView's onInterceptTouch). But I am agree that it can be implemented other way

Weird animations of the Y axis (doesn't match the video example from Telegram, or the 1st stage winner's app), text is cut off during the animation (see the video above)

– Vertical scrolling interrupts other gestures (e.g. horizontal scrolling and scaling), it kills the experience.
