Sorry, can not test properly.
But I disagree that this situation deserves down-votes, sorry you've got so many - it's unfair.

I think that there was some problem of preparing the app for production. I can see that the app tries to load some resource from 'localhost'

Also I notices that there are jquery and bootstrap js libs linked in the index file. Not sure it was allowed to use any 3rd party code for the contest.
