В ходе предварительного тестирования алгоритма были выявлены следующие недостатки в ранжировании:

– Часть сюжетов в топе – нерелевантны. Отсутствуют многие главные сюжеты внутри категорий. Сюжеты отсортированы по количеству статей в них. Большое количество сюжетов состоят из одной статьи и находятся в категории 'Other'.

– Заголовки части сюжетов не отражают их содержимое.

– Нарушена сортировка некоторых статей в части сюжетов: нерелевантные статьи отображаются выше релевантных.
