How can I resubmit my solution to have opportunity to participate in the second stage? I've just rebuilded it for 64bit system. It was real mess and I had VM with name 64bit, but actually it was 32 bit.

The issue with "UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character" on top and thread commands, 90% because you are trying to save output to file like: "tgnews threads source_dir > out.txt" and by naked system settings this out.txt have ascii codec. The question is: do you save that output to file that way? If yes, so... there wasn't in task description about "> out.txt" and in any case about ascii format of the output.
+ want to mention that "This UTF-8 encoding can't convert to UTF-16:" line NOT in stdout :)
Please, comment on these mentions.

This entry had to be reuploaded after the deadline due to an issue and will not receive any prizes in the current stage.

It's author, however, may get the chance to participate in the next round of the Data Clustering Competition.
