Testing and Issues

Unfortunately, I could not finish my implementation in time: however, I did finish writing the UI lib, and the MTProto client correctly connects to the MTProto servers, executes a diffie-hellman handshake, generates an authorization key and almost commits initConnection (I got stuck debugging the encrypted MTProto payload).

TL, DH, PFS, Diffie-Hellman parameters security checks, message ID security checks are all implemented: the only thing that's really missing are the high-level abstractions.
