Конкурсное задание не выполнено – при попытке открыть работу в Chrome и Safari загружается пустая страница, в Firefox работа прогружается, однако ничего не происходит после ввода верного кода.

It seems like it is working only in FireFox. There is an issue with TDlib in Chrome engine.

Phone number validation requires one more digit, so to sign in is impossible. "Next" button appears only if enter + and 13 digits.

This was tested on real phone in Russia. They didn't send phone validation reqs. So, form was written as declare in E.164 international standard. But maybe it has got some issues. Next button should appear only when full number is set (according design guide).
