You will also receive notifications when the form is submitted and will be able to receive responses in the form of a CSV file.

Share menu is not convenient on MacOS. Would like to have the "Copy to URL" button.

That one is nice! Great UI, feels very much native.
The only few small drawbacks: the name of the form is at the very bottom and I can’t see save button. Also the title of the question could have been a placeholder, not a prefilled text

Any demo of using (filling) form please?

The form can be confirmed even without entering data, or maybe it was intended that way

Congrats on releasing your app! It has a good potential.

Issues I noticed:

1. Reloading a page doesn’t persist the current state.

2. After clicking create form button I assume there is some network request, however there is no clear indication of that, so in my case I thought the UI was frozen for a good amount of seconds, but then the form appeared.

Overall it has a good potential, just need to work on UX. Good luck!
