Monex Europe Co-Founder Will Tracey Joins Ballinger & Co.

He stepped down as the director of Monex Europe last year.

Ballinger & Co., a London-based forex service provider, has announced the appointment of Will Tracey, the co-founder and former group sales director of Monex Europe, as its new executive chairman. He is also the largest shareholder of the brokerage.

The press release shared with Finance Magnates detailed that he will oversee the brokerage’s trading operation and sales activity.

An FX Industry Veteran

Tracey founded Schneider Foreign Exchange with Nick Edgeley and Shelton Fray. The company was acquired by Monex Group in July 2012 and rebranded as Monex Europe Ltd.

Finance Magnates reported on Tracey’s stepping down as Monex Europe’s director last year, but his plans in the industry were unknown then.

Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Ballinger offers its services to corporations and institutions. The brokerage is expecting to benefit from the leadership of Tracey who has decades of experience in the FX industry.
