Thiruvananthapuram: The drastic spreading of the COVID 19  severely lashing at Kerala with the worst face of the pandemic with hiking death rate, a tremendous spike in positive cases, and spurt in contact cases. The reports over health care professionals including doctors turned positive to the pandemic recurrent in the state for the last couple weeks.

Today, two doctors at Pathology and Gynecology department at Kottayam Medical College tested positive for the COVID.  Five patients who was under treatment for non-COVID decease tested positive for the pandemic adding more to the complexity of highly spreading pandemic.

In Kannur Medical college similar reports of healthcare professionals confirming COVID repeats. In Kozhikode 14 healthcare professionals went into quarantine after one doctor tested for COVID confirmed the pandemic. sofar 49healthcre professionals are under observation.

In Thiruvananthapuram, four health care professionals and three police personals tested positive for the pandemic today. The district where social transmission reported from two coastal areas in the state. A doctor and two health workers and one health Inspector at the Santhivila Talukhospital tested positive for the COVID. Mayor Sreekumar went into qurantain after three councilors tested positive to the pandemic.

In Thrissur Medical College two doctors tested positive to the pandemic following which 50 healthcare professionals including doctors went into qurantain. The district is under the high threat of COVID social transmission and Iringalakuda and nearby Murigur panchayats, a triple lockdown declared in these areas.
