For one of our clients, a leading fiduciary company based in Zürich, we are looking for an :

ASSISTANT MANAGER CORPORATE TAX

Job description

• Tax consulting for national and international companies in Switzerland (reorganisations, tax planning, M&A transactions, financial reporting, tax reporting)
• Advice on corporate tax issues for the company's international network
• Assistance with quality control and support to consultants
• Preparation of complex tax returns for legal entities

Profile required

• University degree
• Certified Swiss tax expert or training ongoing 
• 2-4 years of experience in Corporate Tax, preferably within a Big4
• Experience in tax due diligence
• Analytical thinking and structured working method
• Team spirit, open and communicative personality
• Able to work independently, quality-oriented and appreciate customer contact
• Fluent in German and English
