All other M-PESA services including Send Money, Deposit, Withdrawal and all our other services including Calls, Data and SMS remain available as usual.

The timing of this maintenance activity has been planned to result in the least of inconvenience to our customers.

We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused and thank you for your support.

The operator has had numerous interruptions over the last couple of months.

Safaricom has also not clarified whether these exercises will be a norm because it has been doing service upgrades every other week.

Of course, the timing is excellent, but the mentioned services that will not be available are going to affect some people.

Nevertheless, the most significant M-PESA services such as sending cash and withdrawal will run a usual.
