Sofico launches careers portal as expansion drive continues
by Andrew Ryan
Software provider Sofico has launched a dedicated careers portal as part of its need to recruit more staff under its five-year expansion plan.
Since the beginning of the year, the automotive finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management software provider has recruited 39 new staff members across its worldwide offices.
The portal gives jobhunters an explanation of the company, as well as an overview of the vacancies which are available.
These include project managers, business consultants, software engineers, technical consultants and support staff at a number of locations, including Belgium, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands and the UK, with up to 25 posts currently available.
Corrine Martens, HR manager at Sofico, said the new recruits would place a key role in the company’s expansion plans outlined to employees in the Vision 2020-2025 programme, aimed at maintaining annual growth of 15% through ongoing investment in people and product development.
Martens said: “To showcase out company and our jobs to the talent out there, we have now launched this separate career portal.
“This will help us fulfil our strategic aims as we look to develop a learning organisation which encourages people to grow in their job role through continuous learning and personal development.”
