ABC to hold Trump town hall two days before Joe Biden’s CNN event

by

President Trump will take part in a town hall on ABC — two days before CNN will host one with his Democratic presidential challenger, Joe Biden.

Anchor George Stephanopolous will moderate “The President and the People” Tuesday evening on ABC from the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.

It will air at 9 p.m. and comes seven weeks before Election Day on Nov. 3.

Then on Thursday, CNN’s Anderson Cooper will moderate a town hall with the former vice president from Scranton, the Pennsylvania city where Biden was born.

CNN’s town hall will begin at 8 p.m. and include a socially distanced live audience.

The ABC town hall will take questions from people in the audience and online.

Both events will follow the states’ coronavirus regulations.
