MIAMI — Tropical Storm Vicky has formed in the Atlantic, making it the 20th named storm of the season, the National Hurricane Center says.

The new system formed just after Tropical Depression Twenty strengthened into Tropical Storm Teddy.

The system is 350 miles west-northwest of the Cabo Verde Islands with 45 mph maximum sustained winds and it's moving northwest at 6 mph.

NHC says the system will slightly strengthen Monday and Monday night but is forecast to weaken Tuesday night or sooner.
