Where to watch the NBA Conference Finals online and on UK TV
The first of the games takes place between the Celtics and Heat September 15 at 11:30pm UK time
by Neil BennettThe NBA Eastern and Western Conference finals get underway this week, with the Heat taking on the Celtics in the East and the Lakers waiting on either Clippers and the Nuggets in the West.
The Clippers and Nuggets semi-final has gone to a Game 7, which is due to take place this Wednesday at 2am GMT.
Boston, who overcame last year's winners Toronto in their own seven-game series, are aiming to reach their first NBA Finals since 2010.
The Heat, meanwhile, last competed in the NBA Finals in 2014 - their 4th in as many years. They defeated the Milwaukee Bucks, who many tipped as this year's favourites, in just five games to get to this point.
Bookmakers are regarding the LA Lakers as the outright favourite for the NBA Championship. Star player LeBron James is, unsurprisingly, among the favourites for the MVP award. He aims for his fourth ring with three separate teams.
