NCB deputy director on Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh's name in drug case: We can't comment on the further course of action

Rhea Chakraborty has given out names of several Bollywood celebs to the Narcotics Control Bureau in her statement on the drug angle that came to light in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. The NCB has confirmed that Rhea confessed Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Preet Singh and Simone Khambatta have consumed narcotics substance.

Now, talking on the same, the deputy director of NCB KPS Malhotra has said, "Their names have surfaced but right now we can’t comment on the further course of action." Also, reportedly, the decision on the summons of the three actresses is yet to be taken.

Meanwhile, there were reports which suggested that Rhea used to use her mother's phone to make calls related to contraband. Addressing the issue, KPS Malhotra had said, "Few journalists are asking that whether Rhea used to make any contraband related calls from her mom’s phone. The same is not verified and not based on any facts of the investigation."

Apart from NCB, the Central Bureau of Investigation and Enforcement Directorate are also looking into various angles of SSR's death case.
