It's good news in the Chopraa household! Television actor Gaurav Chopraa and his wife Hitisha Cheranda have been blessed with a baby boy. The actor was going through a tough phase in life after losing his parents in a span of ten days. With the arrival of his son, there seems to be a ray of hope in the actor's life. Gaurav's wife gave birth to a baby boy at a private nursing home in Bengaluru. Considering the tough phase the actor is currently going through, the birth of his son has come as a blessing in his life.

Talking to an entertainment portal, Gaurav expressed his happiness in becoming a father. The actor said becoming a dad feels like a divine intervention from God. He added that he can only thank God for this blessing.

"The last few months have been extremely tough for my family and me. But becoming a father feels like divine intervention from God. Just when you have seen both your parents pass away, and have gone through a tumultuous journey, to see another life come to your home, makes you feel so blessed. I have been in Bengaluru for the past few days. The baby was due after a few days, but Hitisha delivered the baby today. Both of them are healthy and doing well," he told ETimes.

Gaurav further said that although his parents were unwell, they were excited to become grandparents. They wanted him to visit Bengaluru and take care of his wife. However, the actor chose to be with them. And the actor feels that it has been a good life lesson.
