The mum said she was approached by a woman who "asked to take" her son.
"Had he not been in the pram, or if I didn't have my wits about me, that woman would have taken him," the woman said.
"I quickly phoned my mum in shock and panic - I kept thinking, 'Did she actually just ask me that?'
"I told the staff immediately, to which they then told me the woman had every intention of taking him.
"She must have watched us go into the shop to then approach me."
The mum said she feels "sick" - and ended her post: "Please keep your babies close at all times.
"Never let them out of your sight."
