Gorman is part of the World in Motion agency which also represents Gers defender George Edmundson and Motherwell midfielder Liam Polworth.

But Morelos has made no secret of his desire to play in a better league and has been subject of interest from Lille this summer.

Steven Gerrard admitted the Colombian's head had been turned after Gers booted out an offer believed to be around £16million.

French side Lille have yet to return to the table after splashing £25m on Canadian hotshot Jonathan David.

Fiorentina are the latest club to be linked with the forward, who has scored 79 goals in three seasons at Ibrox.

It's understood Gers are open to doing business following the arrivals of strike pair Kemar Roofe and Cedric Itten.

Morelos - who has scored twice this season - came off the bench in Saturday's 4-0 win over Dundee United.

But the 24-year-old lasted just half an hour before being forced off following a nasty challenge by United defender Ryan Edwards.

El Bufalo was left with a gashed leg and was stretchered off, adding to Gers' injury woes with Leon Balogun, Ryan Jack and Brandon Barker also crocked.

Referee Kevin Clancy didn't issue a yellow card and compliance officer Clare Whyte could hand out punishment if the challenge is deemed excessive.

Speaking after the match, boss Gerrard said: “I don't want to make headlines and say a kid should have got this or that. I don't want to be that type of manager.

"What I would say is that I'd be very interested to see what the decision would have been from the officials had the shoe been on the other foot and it was Alfredo who had made that tackle."

However, former Hearts star Michael Stewart said he was 'sick and tired' of the Gers boss making Morelos out to be the victim.
