Love Island USA's Rachel fumes as Jeremiah tells her he doesn't feel a 'spark'

Love Island USA's Rachel was left raging this evening after Jeremiah dropped an absolute bombshell on her.

Rachel, who arrived in the villa earlier this week with fellow newcomer Kierstan, managed to immediately turn the head of Jeremiah.

Jeremiah received a text, telling him to get himself upstairs to the jacuzzi, where he found Rachel with champagne and strawberries.

Rachel had picked out Jeremiah himself, prompting him to ask: "So, what made you pick me?"

Rachel cut straight to the chase, telling him: "Honestly, you definitely looked the tallest but also you're the most attractive."

But despite seemingly striking up a good rapport, Jeremiah told her tonight that he'd rather they stay friends.

Sitting down for a heart-to-heart, Jeremiah was completely honest with her - something she said she appreciated.

"I don't know if I'm 100% in," he told her, "but right now I'm just not feeling it 100%, I just don't think there's a spark."

And despite keeping things civil, Rachel later vented to the camera.

"I'm literally at a loss for words," she said, "How did that go off the tracks so fast?

"I said to him in bed this morning that I felt 90-10. He felt this way and didn't say anything to me?

"Jeremiah's not as solid as I thought he was."

Still, Rachel seemed to get over it fairly quickly as she coupled up with Caleb.

The US version of Love Island is filmed on a converted rooftop in Las Vegas, having ditched the usual setting after the Covid disruption.
