The mood is high in the Mamelodi Sundowns camp after the team completed a treble this season, following their Nedbank Cup victory on Saturday evening.

The Brazilians defeated Bloemfontein Celtic 1-0 at the Orlando Stadium to win the the prestigious competition, which was their third trophy this season after recently winning the Absa Premiership title, as well as the Telkom Knockout earlier on in the campaign.

Uruguayan forward, Gaston Sirino, scored the only goal of the match in the 80th minute from a Themba Zwane assist.

Despite losing the match, Celtic will be joining Sundowns on their way to the CAF Interclubs competitions as they have qualified for the CAF Confederation Cup by virtue of playing in the final of the Nedbank Cup.
Sundowns will be playing in the Champions League for winning the league, and will be joined by runners-up Kaizer Chiefs, while Orlando Pirates will join Celtic in the Confederation Cup.
