The Shreyas Iyer-led outfit will kick off its IPL 2020 campaign against Kings XI Punjab this Sunday, and the skipper is looking forward to breaking a significant record in the upcoming season.
Delhi Capitals have a strong spin attack in Amit Mishra, Axar Patel, Ravichandran Ashwin, and Sandeep Lamichhane while having quality batsmen like Prithvi Shaw, Shikhar Dhawan, Ajinkya Rahane, Rishabh Pant, and the skipper. Their pace attack will be led by Ishant Sharma, Kagiso Rabada, and Anrich Nortje. The finishers will be Shimron Hetmyer and Marcus Stoinis.

In a video chat with ESPNCricinfo, Shreyas Iyer spoke about his goals for IPL 2020. The right-handed batsman stated that his personal goal for the 13th IPL season was to win the cup. He would love to break the record of winning all matches during IPL 2020.

In the last 12 seasons of IPL, no team has managed to win the trophy without losing a single match. Rajasthan Royals hold the record for the fewest losses in any IPL season as they secured the inaugural title in 2008 having suffered only three defeats.
