Kangana Ranaut and sister Rangoli Chandel meet Maharashtra governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari at the Raj Bhavan

Actress Kangana Ranaut, who recently met the Karni Sena functionaries at her residence, earlier in the day, has now reached the Raj Bhavan to meet Maharashtra governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari.

While the governor expressed his displeasure over the BMC's action of demolishing parts of Kangana's bungalow, he had also summoned Uddhav Thackeray’s principal advisor Ajoy Mehta to discuss the situation earlier on Friday.

Meanwhile, Kangana has been at loggerheads with Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut post her tweet comparing Mumbai to Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. She recently even slammed back at him for his comments of BJP backing her in his weekly column Rokhthok in Saamana.

On the other hand, Sharad Pawar has stated that the action was taken by the BMC and not the state government, Former Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis has come out in support of the Kangana but slammed her comment on PoK.

While the Bombay High Court has ordered a stay on BMC's demolition drive at Kangana's office in Mumbai, Kangana had shared a video post addressing Maharashtra CM and Shiv Sena leader Uddhav Thackeray saying 'his ego will also be destroyed, just as he broke her house.'
