After an action-packed weekend at the Gran Premio Lenovo di San Marino e della Riviera di Rimini, the MotoGP™ riders are getting set for a vital one-day Official Test at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli on Tuesday the 15th of September, ahead of the upcoming Gran Premio TISSOT dell'Emilia Romagna e della Riviera di Rimini.

All the premier class stars will be on track, however, HRC will be without the injured Cal Crutchlow (LCR Honda Castrol). In addition, test rider and Marc Marquez’ Repsol Honda Team stand-in Stefan Bradl is also going to sit out the test after suffering problems with nerves in his arm during the San Marino GP. Alex Marquez (Repsol Honda Team) and Takaaki Nakagami (LCR Honda Idemitsu) will be flying the Honda flags for the day.

It’s a crucial test for the riders, with any improvements potentially proving pivotal as the 2020 World Championship continues to be the closest fight we’ve ever seen. Championship leader Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati Team) will be hoping he and Ducati can find improvements after finishing 7th at Misano, with lap record holder Maverick Viñales (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP) also trying to find the troubles that plague him on race day.

You can keep up with the test throughout the day via Live Timing on motogp.com, with Simon Crafar and Amy Reynolds bringing you two Facebook Lives at 10:00 and 14:30 local time (GMT+2). Then, from 16:30-18:10, VideoPass subscribers can tune in and watch the last hour and a half of track action.
