NEET-2020 exam concluded in C’garh
by Staff ReporterThousands of medical aspirants on Sunday wrote the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) across 82 centres in Chhattisgarh.
The medical entrance exam was organised by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for over 27,000 candidates following strict precautionary measures amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
There were 33 centres in Raipur followed by 32 in Bilaspur and 17 in Durg district.
Amid Covid-19, students were called at staggered timings from 11 am so that social distancing could be followed.
Sanitizers were given to students as they entered the examination centres.
Of the 12,610 candidates registered to appear in Raipur, 10,326 attended. Thus, 81.89 percent candidates took the exam at 33 centres in the state capital, said a Raipur district administration official.
