Manchester United fans aren't concerned by Jadon Sancho's comments following Borussia Dortmund's friendly win on Wednesday.

Sancho remains a priority transfer target for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer but United have been unwilling to meet Dortmund's asking price thus far.

The England international joined up with the Bundesliga side earlier this week for their pre-season training camp in Switzerland and started the club's friendly win against Altach alongside Jude Bellingham.

Sancho expressed his happiness at the club when speaking after the game, just days after Dortmund chief Michael Zorc claimed he would be staying at the club despite United's interest.

"I like to play with this special bunch," he told BVB-TV. "We now have some very special players with us. I am very happy to be on the pitch with them. Once I was in their situation. I know what it is like to move from the next generation to the professionals. I try to guide them. To show you what is good and what is not good."

United supporters aren't concerned by his comments and remain confident a move to Old Trafford is still on the cards.

Zorc also issued a direct plea to the media over Sancho's prospective move to United.

"'To be honest, we've been rather astonished at some of the stories we've read in the past few weeks and have been - as you may have noticed - very relaxed about the whole situation," he said.

"I'd like to take this opportunity to ask the media to be slightly more considerate of the fact the boy is only 20 years old.

"Not every rumour should be pursued - it's better to stick to the facts."
