Train rams into bus in Lagos

A serious accident occurred in Lagos state on Monday, September 14, when a train has collided with a bus in Oshodi, area of Lagos state.

The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has disclosed that the train ran into a Volkswagen T4 bus at the ARENA crossing, pushing it to Oshodi U-bridge.

It stated that its officials were on the ground to evacuate the remains of the bus and manage the ensuing traffic.

A terrible fire outbreak that erupted in the yard of Lagos State Transport Management Agency (LASTMA) located in the Osodi area has caused a lot of damages.

According to LASTMA officials who spoke with journalists on Friday, August 15, the cause of the inferno who has destroyed about 10 cars and one trailer is yet unknown.
