BSNL's Work from Home Broadband / FTTH plan is now available to all existing landline customers absolutely free
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the launch of a new promotional unlimited broadband plan exclusively for it's landline customers who are not having broadband.
As per the latest information, BSNL Work from Home Broadband Plan is absolutely free for all existing BSNL Landline customers in all the telecom circles except Andaman & Nicobar. Under this special offer, a BSNL Landline customer can avail one month free unlimited broadband subscription at 10 Mbps download speed. Daily FUP usage limit for BSNL work from home broadband plan will be 5GB at 10Mbps speed.

Terms & conditions for BSNL Work @ Home Broadband Plan:
- "Work@Home" plan will be available in all the circles (except A&N) Circle on promotional basis for a period of 90 days with immediate effect (i.e., from 09-10-2020 on wards) to existing BSNL’s landline (i.e. not having Broadband) customers only. However, new customer can opt this plan after activation of any regular Landline plan. The facility of this plan will be available for one month from date of activation.
- No Installation & Security deposit charges shall be levied to existing Landline connections under above plan.
- BSNL's Bharat Fiber partners (LCOs/TIPs) are given option to offer above plan in their jurisdiction under Fibre (BSNL FTTH) category.
- Customer premise equipment (CPE)/Modem shall be customer owned for existing BSNL's landline (i.e. not having Broadband) customers only.
- After expiry of promotional period, existing customers under above plan shall be migrated to regular Broadband plan as per their usages.

Customers need to give their choice of broadband/FTTH plan after the free period at the time of application itself. Customer may select any regular broadband/FTTH plan as per his choice. Customers who are not opted any regular DSL/FTTH Broadband plans at the time of CAF filling will be converted to the Broadband plan as their usages or '2GB BSNL CUL' (for Cu line) and '100GB CUL' (for Fibre line) automatically.
How can I activate or register for BSNL's Free Work From Home Broadband Plan ?
Customers may submit their request through nearest BSNL Customer Service Centers (BSNL CSCs) or BSNL Franchisee or BSNL Retailers. In addition, the above Broadband plan can also be subscribed by calling BSNL Toll Free Number 1800 345 1500. The plan is available for subscription for a period up to 8th December 2020.
As we reported, BSNL already implemented conversion of existing Landline number to Bharat Fiber (FTTH) by retaining the same number. Now, BSNL customers may also change their existing landline number to optical fiber connection by submitting their request in nearest BSNL Customer Service Center. BSNL also launched a dedicated portal 'Book My Fiber' to accept booking for BSNL FTTH connections. Customers may also use upgraded My BSNL App to book BSNL FTTH connections any where in India.
