Aston Villa transfer news: Dean Smith's side are reportedly closing in on a move for former Chelsea attacker Bertrand Traore with a three-year deal said to be agreed
by Richard CusackAston Villa fans have been reacting to reports Bertrand Traore is on the verge of sealing a move to Aston Villa.
According to the BBC, Dean Smith 's side have negotiated a transfer fee of around £17.5 million with Olympique Lyon for the former Chelsea forward.
Traore is said to be undergoing a medical on Monday and will sign a three-year deal with Villa as transfer activity starts to pick up the pace at Villa Park.
Arsenal goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez is also closing in on a move while Werder Bremen attacker Milot Rashica continues to be linked with Villa.

Traore, a left-footed winger who operates on the right-hand side, is set to return to the Premier League after three years away from the Premier League.
The Burkina Faso international was with Chelsea between 2013 and 2017 but managed only 16 games with the Stamford Bridge side loaning him out twice to Vitesse and AJax.
At 25, is on his way back to England with 33 goals and 17 assists in three years with Lyon.
"An explosive player to bring on when an attacking threat is needed offer a different dimension to Anwar El Ghazi and Trezeguet," one Villa fan said.
