Jason Manford and Kelvin Fletcher are set to star in series 10 of Death in Paradise.

The unlikely duo flew out to the exotic island of Guadeloupe today – and to be honest, we can’t wait to see them in action.

But who will be the murder suspect?

Taking to social media, the comedian shared a snap of him and Kelvin on a plane, along with a lengthy post answering some of his followers’ questions.

‘Well, what was supposed to be a silly fun post ended up with so many petty messages I’ll list a see them here,’ Jason began.

‘Firstly, when working for the BBC they never pay for first-class travel or luxury hotels etc. They pay for economy of course (as it’s too far to walk!) and then it’s up to the person involved if they want to upgrade etc.

‘Secondly, please stop calling people out on ‘wearing mask wrong’ it is soooo boring! There’s so many different masks out there it’s impossible to say which are right in wrong simply from a photo.’

After going into detail about the mask he was given by Air France, the comedian finally dropped the bombshell.

He added: ‘Now imagine having to read it 400 times! Welcome to my life, Oh and it’s Kelvin fletcher and we’re off to Guadeloupe to film Death in Paradise.’

Filming for the upcoming series is finally underway and Ralf Little will be returning as our favourite detective, D.I. Neville Parker.

D.S Florence Cassell (Josephine Jobert) will also be making a return.

Metro.co.uk has reached out to the BBC for comment.

Death in Paradise is available to watch on Netflix.
