Security alert near south Belfast primary school ends as nothing untoward found

A security alert sparked by the report of a suspicious device near a primary school has come to an end.

Police said nothing untoward was found at Finaghy Campus which houses Finaghy Primary School and a daycare centre.

This morning the school had advised pupils to arrive through the front gate with other entrances closed due to the ongoing alert.
