Zajc signs for Genoa on loan from Fenerbahçe

It's now official. Miha Zajc, player until now for Fenerbahçe, will play for Genoa this season on loan. That is what the Turkish side announced on Sunday.
He is a 26-year-old Slovenian midfielder who already knows Italian football. He spent three seasons at Empoli before signing for the Turkish side two seasons ago.
Zajc didn't have the expected protagonism in these seasons as he only played 27 matches (starting 14) with Fenerbahçe, scoring four goals and getting one assist.

Before, the midfielder, who usually plays in attacking positions in midfield, spent time at NK Olimpija 2005 and Celje, both teams in his country, after having left the also Slovenian Interblock Ljubljana.
