Zim Singer Carlos Green’s Wife Dies In DRC.. Details Emerge

Zim musician Carlos Green, is devastated after losing his wife of 6 years.

Carlos Green (32) said his wife wife Shupikai Chapendama (43) died last Friday after a short illness in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where she had been deployed.

Speaking to H-Metro, he said he was left with hole inside his heart because he lost a soulmate, who changed his life.

He said his wife supported him unconditionally throughout his struggles, from making sure he got his first driver’s license, to boarding his first plane and wearing expensive clothes.

He credited his wife for making him into the person who he is today.

Carlos revealed that Shupikai’s death came at a time when the couple were planning a wedding for October.

Carlos Green said the wedding plans were already at an advanced stage and now he doesn’t know what to.

Speaking on the burial arrangements he said

Shupikai was working in DRC as an operating manager for one of the leading food outlets.

Carlos Green said they weren’t together as much as they would have liked, because of distance and Covid-19 travel restrictions but they were always in touch.

Carlos Green and Shupikai had a private and low key relationship, unlike other Zim celebs.
