Fresh Controversy Surrounds IPL 2020 Hype..!

Besides the star players and the commercial elements around the Indian Premier League(IPL)event, the catchy theme song for every season has a separate set of fan base. While the campaigning is already on full swing with ads across the television, the organisers are bringing the heavens down for the event schedule to kickstart on September 19th.
In the recent revelation, the event which just surpassed a hurdle with a roll of corona positive cases in the players is now surrounded by a new controversy. The Organisers recently released an anthem song which was an instant hit with fans was now in plagiarism allegations.

In the line of accusations levied by Indian rapper Krishna Kaul, the theme song was copied from his song “Dekh Kaun Aaya Waapas”. The Delhi-born rapper who enjoys 11,100 followers on Twitter took to his official account to share his song which was allegedly copied.
“My management and legal team are taking action,” he wrote. Meanwhile, composer of the theme song Pranav Ajayroa Malpey refuted the allegations on him and clarified that he composed the song around the current global scenarios.
In support with is arguments, Pranav also displayed the certificate issued by music Composers Association Of India(MCAI) that the song is an original track. Hours after which social media trended with memes and trolls. BCCI, on the other hand, stated that it was not aware of the controversy when contacted by the renowned news portal.
