Kondapalli Sravani death case: Deveraj Reddy and Sai Krishna Reddy arrested
In connection with Sravani's death case, the police has arrested Devaraj Reddy and Sai Krishna Reddy. Devaraj was accused by Sravani's family members of abetment to suicide.

The alleged suicide case of Kondapalli Sravani has taken a new turn. The actress' rumoured TikTok friend Devaraj Reddy has been arrested. Earlier, Sravani's family members had accused Devaraj of being responsible for the tragedy and even released audio clips of him and Sravani to a TV channel. The audio had names of Sai Krishna Reddy and producer Ashok Reddy.
The 26-year-old TV actress was found dead at her house in Madhuranagar on September 8. As per the police, the actress had hanged herself for her alleged friendship with Devaraj and took this extreme step due to the harassment. Sravani's parents lodged a complaint against Devaraj under Section 306 and charged him for abetment to suicide.
Along with Devaraj, Sai Krishna Reddy has also been arrested in the case, as per news agency ANI. AR Srinivas, DCP West Zone, Hyderabad said that the two have been taken into custody for their connection with Sravani's demise. The tweet by ANI read, "Devaraj Reddy and Sai Krishna Reddy have been arrested in the death case of Telugu TV actor Sravani. She died by hanging herself: AR Srinivas, DCP West Zone, #Hyderabad"
As per an earlier report, Devaraj, who was facing allegations in the case, had reached SR Nagar Police Station and surrendered himself. On the other hand, Sai Krishna Reddy, who is a family friend of Sravani denied all the allegations that were levelled against him.
Sravani's family members were had stated that Devaraj was harassing Sravani for money and had threatened her to post her photographs and videos on social media. Devaraj had agreed to delete the photos and videos if he received Rs 1 lakh from the actress. The family filed a police complaint on June 22.
Sravani was was best known for her roles in popular Telugu serials like Manasu Mamatha and Mounaragam.
