Yesenia marked the milestone with the 24-year-old striker by holding a mini party for the youngster.
The family posed for adorable snaps with cakes and balloons as they kissed their baby.
In the social media post Yesenia said: "My baby is 4 months after his arrival in my arms, always accompanying you and loving you, with you we are traveling a destination that fills us with complete happiness and covered by an inseparable bond called love. We love you princess of our life.'
Recently the Light Blues ace described his adorable three-month-old daughter as a “gift from heaven” in a moving social media post.'
He also shared a picture on Instagram of the tot lying in a weaved basket surrounded by flowers on Saturday.
Alfredo became a dad in May after wife Yesenia gave birth to the beautiful baby girl while they were visiting loved ones in Colombia.
The youngster’s name has yet to be officially revealed but the couple have teased that it may be Leonela.
Eagle-eyed fans spotted the name on a balloon given to the family shortly after the little girl was born.
The football star gushed with love as he thanked his little girl for filling his life with happiness.

He wrote: “Daughter, thank you for coming into my life, for filling it with happiness and making me the best version of myself.
“It’s been three months full of new and wonderful things. You are a gift from heaven.“
