Girl struck by car during school run crash in Wolverhampton

The youngster was treated by West Midlands Ambulance Service following the crash in Peacock Avenue.
West Midlands Police officers were also sent to the scene following a 999 call at around 8.20am on Monday, August 14.
She was discharged at the roadside with minor injuries, a spokesman confirmed.
Dozens of residents spoke of their shock after the incident.
"I hope the little girl is OK," one said. "Loads of police and ambulance staff were round her - it looked awful.
"Please avoid the area."
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service added: "We were called at 8.26am to reports of a collision between a car and a pedestrian on Peacock Avenue, one ambulance attended the scene.
"On arrival we discovered one patient, a girl. She was treated for minor injuries before being discharged at the scene."
