Checklist released  for Home Isolation

The Chhattisgarh Health Department has released a checklist for officials concerned to ensure necessary arrangements and facilities for treatment of asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic patients in home isolation.

All the officials responsible for home isolation have been directed to strictly follow the checklist and report about it to the State Covid Control and Command Center, an official press release said on Wednesday.

The field officials have been told to make proper arrangements as per the checklist to meet the requirements and parameters of home isolation facility.

In the same sequence, all the programme officers working for corona control should be sensitized about the guidelines and proforma issued, the statement said.

Monitoring of home isolation arrangements will be looked after by call centers and control rooms of the District Headquarters round the clock.

With the establishment of control rooms in major development blocks, the name and mobile number of control room in-charge will be released.

The Health Department has called for a Rapid Action Team to maintain a duty roster of health workers appointed for various tasks related to home isolation and to release the name and contact information of the team leader as well as the duty roster.
