Puja Banerjee's husband Kunal Verma holds a surprise baby shower; actress flaunts her baby bump in yellow

TV actress and mom-to-be Puja Banerjee was all smiles at her baby shower which was held yesterday. Puja flaunted her baby bump as she shared a series of fun photos online from the intimate event.

Taking to social media, TV actress Puja Banerjee, along with her husband Kunal Verma, announced her pregnancy news in August this year. The two, who were planning to hold a grand marriage ceremony, exchanged wedding vows in a rather low-key manner amid the coronavirus lockdown back in April. Four months later, Puja and Kunal surprised everyone with the baby news.

Now, as the due date nears, Puja's husband Kunal Verma organised a surprise baby shower for his dear wife yesterday. The father-to-be held a baby shower for Puja that looked like all things fun from the photos shared by the actress on her official Instagram handle. From the yellow dress code to the customised cake, the intimate ceremony was graced by only the duo's close friends. 

Going with the dress code, mom-to-be Puja kept it simple in a yellow dress as she flaunted her baby bump. The actress further wore a pink sash with 'mommy to be' written on it. Her place was all decked up with colourful balloons. 

Overwhelmed with so much love, she penned a thank-you note and wrote, "I can't express my feelings in words as I am overwhelmed with all the love each and everyone showered yesterday for my 1st baby shower . Starting from my love @kunalrverma thanks for the 1st surprise I loved it."

She further thanked her friends for surprising her with cakes, delicious food, amazing gifts and more. "And to everyone who was present and showered their love I love u all a big hug," Puja concluded.
