Ingredients
- ½ pomegrante
- 2cm piece of ginger
- 1 lime
- ice cubes
Method
- Hold the pomegranate cut side down in your fingers and bash the back of it with a spoon so the seeds tumble into a jug.
- Finely grate in some peeled ginger, then slice and add the lime.
- Add loads of ice, then top up with water.
