506 patients make full recovery in Kuwait

Dubai: The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health has announced 708 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of confirmed infections in the country to 95,472 cases, while the 3 deaths brought the total number of deaths registered to date to 563.

Infections as per health regions, 189 cases in the Hawalli Health District, 165 cases in the Ahmadi Health District, 157 cases in the Farwaniya Health District, 121 cases in the Capital Health District, and 76 cases in the Al Jahra Health District.

The number of people receiving medical care in intensive care departments reached 86 cases, bringing the total of all cases still receiving the necessary medical care to 9,408.

The number of swabs that were taken during the past 24 hours were 3,928, bringing the total to 679,670 tests.

Earlier today, the ministry announced 506 infected people had recovered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries from to 85,501 cases.
