Thanks for your comment! I have changed the background to white only when selected, and with a bit of gray when overed. Because the themes are locked right now, I'll apply the change as soon as I can upload an updated version.

Thanks for your comment! Yes, maybe it is in fact a bit too similar. I'll change the background for the mute one with a darker gray when Telegram unlock the uploads for the theme.
