I have just run all 11841 tests, and my solution passed all without errors. Would you be so kind as to let me know which files failed the verification (even if they passed upon rechecking)? I am not questioning the test results, I simply want to understand the reason — errors in multithreaded applications can be difficult to catch. Thank you for your time!

Specific tests that failed in this evaluation were 000642, 001593, 001671, 002514, 004880, 005511, 005550, 007199, 007843, 007979, 008537, 008770, 010455, 010910, 011166, 011425, 011648.

I see that the solution is not stable on these tests. It usually passes them pass, but sometimes randomly fails with runtime error.
Try running grader multiple times.

Before submitting, I modified the grader code so that it would run the tests in a loop (250 tests) and stop if any test failed. I started it and left it running overnight. After 8 hours, it was still running, meaning there were no errors.
Ok, thank you very much for your time and the information provided. I will check the code again.
