Hello, thanks for the results. Checking with the full validation set, I have found that there were two small issues:
1.
Shared account_expected_defer_all_messages_ was not copied to thread-local copy
2. VmError/VmVirtError were not caught in the handler threads

which if resolved, pass all of the tests and with 25%
Total time improvement 1947.21214 -> 1445.08951
These results places solution somewhere to the top 5 for Total Time, and
I believe mine is one of the few multithreaded solutions. If possible, can you re-evaluate with the additional fix from this
small patch:

I understand if you use original submission scores for the final placement, but it would be really nice to know what are the
numbers on your reference system.
