Entries with serious issues will not be able to win the contest, but even minor issues might be important for overall results.

1. only new_key_block message implemented
2. custom undocumented types are used for Block and Signatures parameters
3. almost no tests
4. no deploy script and no scripts that builds messages

Implemented some parsing and signature checks (no signature deduplication). No tx-check.

Seems like no deployed contract in testnet? At least with the code from `yarn build`

Hey, thank you for the comment. I only managed to (barely) implement the lite-client during the contest. Right now, I’m going through tough times and can only cry like a little bitch with no free will. I'm sorry.
