there is another separate folder with python project, with empty readme, so it's impossible to understand what's going on there.

tests in typescript don't test anything, and there some typescript files with useless stuff such as increment Counter script

Implemented basic functionality of lite-client with a few security issues: no main_validators logic, global_id checks. No tx_checker. Scripts are not completed.
