You've used PESQ algorithm and your code looks like you've refactored original code from ITU-T Recommendation P.862. This algorithm has patent restrictions. I can't leave here notice from their code due to text size restrictions. I consider it unfair that some participants ignore licensing restrictions on the use of algorithms for participation in the competition, while others follow these restrictions.

The first point of the quotation means that using original PESQ implementation as a part of other project (duplication and adaption) is prohibited irrespective of whether or not it was refactored. Attempts to implement the algorithm from scratch also require written permit from corresponding companies. So all we who used PESQ here are hard-core criminals.

However, the rules of the contest don't deny criminals to participate, do they?
