The submitted tgvoiprate app got a score of 839 and took the 8th place in the scoring table, receiving 3⭐️.
External dependency: PESQ (commercial license) -0.25⭐️
Final result is 2.75⭐️

Your tgvoipcall call format does not corresponds with task format:
tgvoipcall reflector:port tag_caller_hex -k encryption_key_hex -i /path/to/sound_A.opus -o /path/to/sound_output_B.opus -c config.json -r caller

I didn't notice the parameter in the rules. tgvoipcall uses tags to determine the calling side. If the first byte of the tag is even then it's caller, otherwise - callee. At least it was true for configurations generated by the API. If possible could you retest without the -r parameter, it should be ok. In any case, I can provide a patch to add this parameter, but seems the system accepts only images
