tgvoiplibrary was not modified at all, because using TGVOIP_USE_CALLBACK_AUDIO_IO. No dependencies required.

On a high load CPU timing in output files are corrupted

The submitted tgvoiprate app got a score of 3683 which means it is less precise than the solution that always returned 1.0 as the result. Unfortunately, this is not good enough to compete for the prize.
